It can prevent the occurrence of backflow and other situations caused by various reasons in the liquid in the pipeline. At present, there are various product categories for check valves, and the natural environments in which they can be used are also different. Main categories of insulation sleeves for check valves:


1. Internal temperature protection type: maintains the internal temperature of the insulated body, preventing internal heat energy from exchanging heat with the outside (convection, radiation, transfer). Ensure the necessary temperature for production, fully utilize internal heat, and achieve energy-saving goals.


2. Anti external heat radiation type: prevents strong external heat radiation, preventing external heat from being conducted to the insulated part, affecting the normal working temperature of the insulated body, and even damaging equipment, components, instruments, etc.


3. Antifreeze type: prevents external low temperatures from affecting the working temperature of the insulated part. Mainly used for anti freezing of pump bodies, equipment, instruments, and processes. The materials used and the form of insulation sleeves (clothing) for steam pipelines of Dimensity valves are determined according to on-site requirements.


4. Low temperature insulation type: prevents external high temperatures from transferring to the low-temperature insulation zone.

Design background of check valve insulation sleeve:


The detachable flexible insulation sleeve is similar to a custom-made jacket, usually consisting of three parts: an outer protective layer, an insulation layer, and an inner lining layer. Depending on the size, usage environment, and insulation requirements of various valves, different material combinations can be used to provide valves with a snug, durable, and economical insulation protection. Due to the significant differences in the working environment of various valves, many even have harsh environmental characteristics such as acid and alkali corrosion, high and low temperatures, wind and sun exposure, nuclear magnetic radiation, oil and dust, etc. Therefore, the requirements for materials are very high, and products must be made using materials with international certifications such as FM certification in the United States.


The production process of check valve insulation sleeves also requires a combination of automated equipment, rich experience, and innovative imagination to create products with beautiful appearance, ideal insulation effect, and durability. Currently, most developed valves and other shaped insulation products use this method.


Characteristics of insulation sleeve for check valve:


1. Good insulation effect, high and low temperature resistance (high temperature resistance of 300-2500 ℃, low temperature resistance of -180 ℃)
